1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Fees & Billing Woosh Solutions operates as a specialized digital marketing agency. Fees for all services—including but not limited to Programmatic Ads, SEO, and Technical Infrastructure—are billed according to the specific Project Scope or Service Agreement executed by the client.

Cancellation Terms

  • Monthly Retainers: Clients may cancel ongoing monthly service retainers by providing 30 days' written notice via email to support@wooshsolutions.ca.

  • Project-Based Services: For one-time projects (e.g., Website Development), cancellation terms are governed by the specific project milestones outlined in your service agreement.

Non-Refundable Payments To maintain the integrity of our digital placements and labor:

  • Completed Work: Payments for any services already rendered or work products completed are non-refundable.

  • Ad-Spend: Any capital deployed for ad-spend (Programmatic, Social, Search, etc.) is strictly non-refundable once the budget has been committed to the respective advertising platforms.
